The spectrum seems to be: coffee, black tea, green tea, white tea, with coffee being on the end of the spectrum highest in caffeine moving toward white tea which is lowest in caffeine but highest in antioxidant health benefits.
Black tea has half the caffeine of an 8oz cup of coffee with green having that of black tea
Green tea has almost twice the antioxidants of black. Caffeine has many benefits including mental acuity and increased physical performance.
